SEAFORD, Del. - Allen Harim, a leading producer of No Antibiotic Ever chicken on Delmarva, has promoted Harry Tillman to Director of Sales and Marketing and he's assembled an experienced team of sales professionals to grow the company's footprint across all sectors.
Tillman joined the company in January as Senior Director of Business Development but has quickly proven his leadership skills and depth of knowledge in the business, said Joe Moran, President and CEO of Allen Harim. Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Tillman spent the bulk of his career at Smithfield Foods in Smithfield, Va., where he held various roles including General Manager of the Deli Group and most recently Senior Director of Sales. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Georgia Southern University. He and his wife Tracy have one daughter, who is attending Florida State University.
Paul Timlin joins the Allen Harim team as a Business Development Manager after almost 30 years in consumer food product sales. He has leadership experience in every aspect of sales, sales management, marketing, merchandising, and customer service. For the past 10 years he was with Smithfield Foods, as Sales Manager for the Deli Group and then the Retail Processed Meats. Prior to that he worked for Oscar Mayer and Tyson Foods, as Sales Director for the Eastern Division in the Retail Deli division. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from York College of Pennsylvania. He and his wife Debbie live in Rhode Island with their three children.
Mark Rutter joins the Allen Harim team as a Business Development Manager with more than 25 years of sales experience in retail and foodservice, primarily at Smithfield Packing. He also worked for National Beef Packing Company and Windy City Food Brands Brokerage, and most recently at Cargill. Rutter will be responsible for growing the Nature's Sensation No Antibiotic Ever, all veggie fed product line for the company. He is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a degree in Business Management. He and his family live in Salisbury, Md.
Nicole L. Hall joins the sales team with a sales background and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Food and Agribusiness Marketing and Management as well as Agriculture and Natural Resources. She and her husband live in Selbyville, Del., and she will join the team as an Account Manager.
