As a reflection of our mission, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting local organizations and groups whenever possible. Allen Harim supports non-profit organizations, performing arts, community based events and organizations.

Allen Harim receives a lot of requests for donations from various sources.

Please carefully review the guidelines below prior to submitting a donation request.

Donation requests must be made in writing via email 60 days prior to the date in which the donation is needed. Please e-mail donations@allenharimllc.com with the following information. Please do NOT send attachments of any kind:
  • TAX ID: Your tax ID number and the state where you are formally registered as a not-for-profit/tax exempt organization as defined by IRS Code 501(c)(3).
  • SUMMARY: A 200-word targeted summary about your organization, including what you do, who you help and where you receive your primary funding.
  • Organization mission statement.
  • REQUEST: Your specific request (product or grant, the specific amount needed) and why the request is needed at this time. Walk, Dinner Etc.
  • All donation requests must be received AT LEAST SIXTY (60) days prior to the requested pick up date. There are no exceptions.
  • Allen Harim has the right to determine the product that you will receive. We try to accommodate your needs, but realize we do have limitations.
  • WEBSITE: Link to your organization's website.
