The qualified applicant will have an acceptable employment history including exceptional attendance and safety records; and have effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Will have leadership qualities and will be able to guide and direct the activities of other employees independently with little supervision. Must be willing to learn new jobs and to learn and understand necessary paperwork.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; overseeing and monitoring activities in the department; assisting with paperwork and meeting department goals. Maintaining department to meet all USDA and company standards. The qualified applicant must be able to start working before the line starts and must stay after line time for cleanup.
