Allen Harim Foods is pleased to announce we have hired Mickey Baugher as Chief Executive Officer effective November 9, 2020. Baugher, a poultry industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including growout, production, sales and marketing, finance and human resources. He brings a wealth of knowledge, particularly in live operations and production.

Before joining Allen Harim, Baugher served as President of Plainville Farms in New Oxford, PA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science from Virginia Tech and a MBA from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Mickey and his wife, Teresa, will relocate to Delaware.
